No refund or exchanges will be made due to incompatibility. If an exception is made, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition received and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pureawesome.co.zw
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Goodman Road, Hatfield, Harare Zimbabwe
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If Customer wishes to return any Goods, please contact us, the Sales Department of Pure Awesome Online, first to let Pure Awesome Online know why you wish to return the Goods. Customer is obliged to return any Goods to Pure Awesome Online if Customer exercises any right of cancellation.
Right of cancellation
Section 44 of the ECT Act (the right to a seven day cooling off period) is applicable to Goods purchased on this site. However, our digital Goods fall under one of the excluded Goods (s42(2)(f)(iii) - Goods because of reasons of their nature are un-returnable) and so customers will not have the seven day cooling off period.
Returns for digital goods
All purchases of digital goods and gift cards are final. Any purchased digital goods or gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns for faulty digital goods
If the Customer's digital Good is found to be faulty, we will replace or refund you the monies after we have consulted with the supplier of the digital Goods to make sure the digital Goods have not been used (see Returns Period). For any digital goods purchase to be eligible for refund, the Customer must report the fault within 48 hours of purchase. Returns or refunds will not be offered where the digital Goods cannot be redeemed or used due to the Customer's account region being different to the recommended regions for the digital Goods on the product page.
Returns Period
Due to the nature of the goods, any return process will require 7-10 working days to complete before the monies are fully refunded. This is to allow Pure Awesome (Pvt) Ltd to return the product into circulation, as well as consult with the supplier of the Good to ensure the codes have not been used.
